Why I do this work

Otways Wilderness Connection is a reflection of my lifelong curiosity about the human experience, exploring how we connect with ourselves, each other, and nature. Through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful design, I create spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply, and rediscover their place within nature, learning to become nature stewards.
This work is an integration of my professional path, personal practice, and deep environmental values. It’s not just about offering experiences, it’s about cultivating connection, presence, and care. Whether we’re walking through ancient forests, sharing stories in nature, or breathing together in silence beneath the eucalyptus trees, I believe these moments can shift something essential within us.
I invite you to join me in the Otways, where the land speaks and we remember how to listen.

About me

Designing with purpose, grounded in care

I work as an engagement and human-centred design specialist in government. My expertise includes stakeholder engagement (IAP2 practitioner), program coordination, workshop design and facilitation, and human-centred design, including co-design. I bring a systems-thinking approach to every project and community that I work with, always centering people, purpose, and place.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and am currently studying Environmental Science, with a focus on Environmental Resource Management. I’m also an alumna of the Women in Environmental Leadership Australia program—a transformative experience that deepened my commitment to ecological stewardship and community-led change.

This blend of professional experience and academic inquiry allows me to design immersive experiences that are both thoughtful and transformative, bridging the human and natural worlds.

Supporting you through  movement

Movement & mindfulness journey

A lifelong student of embodied wisdom, I am a 200-hour registered yoga teacher with an additional 50-hour yin yoga qualification, as well as Certificate III and IV in Fitness. I’ve been teaching yoga for eight years and practicing for over twenty. My teaching experience spans retreat spaces, yoga studios, corporate settings, and 1:1 sessions. I believe movement is medicine, and that slowing down is a radical act of care.
